Our charts, readings and articles are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Astrology and Human Design are not science. Do not rely on them to make health, legal, money or safety decisions, and talk to a qualified professional for those.

Readings and refunds

In plain EnglishA reading is a digital product, and if you do not like it, you get your money back.

Readings, such as the Natal Reading or the Human Design Reading, are digital products delivered online. Payment is handled by Stripe. We offer a 30-day, no-questions refund. Email hello@twelvehouses.app within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you.

Your content: public charts and comments

In plain EnglishIf you post something public, you are responsible for it.

If you make a chart public or write a comment, follow these rules:

  • Do not post charts or birth details for another person without their permission.
  • Do not harass, threaten or demean anyone.
  • Do not post anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
  • Do not post spam or advertising.
  • Do not claim a chart or reading predicts illness, death or other harm.

Community features require you to be 13 or older. We may remove content that breaks these rules. You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display it on the site.

In plain EnglishA saved chart is yours to keep or delete.

Saved charts use a private link. Anyone with the link can see the chart, so share it with care. You can delete a saved chart from its link whenever you like. Our privacy policy explains what we store and where.

Using the tools fairly

In plain EnglishUse the site the way a person would.

The tools are free for personal use. Please do not scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or try to break into it. If you are unsure whether something is fine, ask us at hello@twelvehouses.app.

The articles, descriptions and design on Twelve Houses belong to Hive Asset Group, LLC. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit. Please do not copy whole pages or republish them as your own.

No guarantees

In plain EnglishWe work hard to calculate correctly, but we cannot promise perfection.

Charts depend on the birth details you enter. A wrong birth time can change a Rising sign or a Human Design profile. We provide the site as is, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a chart or reading.

Accounts and access

In plain EnglishYou are responsible for how you use the site and for keeping your private links private.

You must be 13 or older to use community features, and we do not create accounts for anyone under 13. If you think someone has misused a chart or comment, tell us at hello@twelvehouses.app and we will look into it.
