Privacy Policy: Twelve Houses
Twelve Houses collects only the birth date, time and place needed to calculate a chart, plus your email if you tick a box. We do not sell your data, and you can delete a saved chart at any time from its private link.

What we collect
In plain EnglishWe collect the least we need to make your chart, and nothing more.
To calculate a chart we need your birth date, birth time and birth place. We use them to produce the result you asked for.
We collect your email address only if you tick a box asking us to send you something, such as your chart or the Daily Line. No box is pre-ticked.
If you buy a reading, payment details go to Stripe, not to us. We do not collect more than this, and we do not ask for it.
What we do not collect
In plain EnglishPlenty of sites ask for more than they need, and we try not to.
You do not need an account to calculate a chart. We do not ask for your name, phone number or home address to run a tool. The only address we hold is the email you chose to give us, and the only place details we need are the birth place you typed in so we can find coordinates and a time zone for your chart.
How we use it
In plain EnglishYour data makes your chart and sends what you asked for.
We use birth details to calculate and display charts. We use your email to send the messages you opted into. We use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful. Those analytics are cookieless.
We do not sell your data.
Who else handles it
In plain EnglishA few services help us run the site, and each one only does its own job.
- Stripe processes payments for readings.
- Mailroom, our email system, holds email addresses and sends the emails you opted into.
- Supabase stores saved charts.
Your email
In plain EnglishAn email address is only used for what you ticked.
If you ticked a box for your chart, we send your chart. If you ticked a box for the Daily Line, we send the Daily Line. We keep those choices separate, so agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other. If you want to stop receiving email, contact us at hello@twelvehouses.app and we will take care of it.
Saved charts and deleting them
In plain EnglishYou are in control of a saved chart, and you can remove it whenever you like.
When you save a chart, it gets a private link. Anyone who has that link can open the chart, so keep it to yourself. You can delete a saved chart at any time from that private link. If you want help, email us.
Charts you choose to make public are visible to others. Do not make a chart public if you do not want it seen.
Birth details about other people
In plain EnglishThink before you enter someone else’s details.
Charts for friends, family or partners use their birth details too. Please enter only what you are comfortable sharing, and do not make another person’s chart public without their permission. The rules for public charts are in our terms.
Children
In plain EnglishThe site is for teens and adults.
We do not create accounts for anyone under 13. Community features, such as public charts and comments, require you to be 13 or older.
Changes to this policy
In plain EnglishIf we change this, we will change the date.
When this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Please check it from time to time.

- No. We do not sell your birth details, your email or anything else we collect.
- How do I delete a saved chart?
- Open the private link to your saved chart and delete it from there. You can do this at any time. If you cannot find the link, email hello@twelvehouses.app.

- Our analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless. We do not use them to follow you around the web.
