Gate 45 covers 17°00′ to 22°38′ Gemini in Human Design, a 1987 framework with no scientific backing. The system files it in the Throat center, its seat for speaking and for getting things moving.

Twelve Houses calls it Gathering. Take a family reunion: one cousin ends up announcing the schedule, passing the hat for the shared pot and deciding who sits near the grill. Nobody voted. People simply followed the voice that sounded sure.

When gate 45 is defined

Channel 21-45 joins gate 45 in the Throat to gate 21 in the Heart. The system labels it Money, but treat that as a label only, since the pairing is about managing a shared supply and not about earning. Our own name for it is Territory Steward.

When both gates are active, the channel is defined: you take charge of the budget, the rota or the shared kitchen, and you say the rules aloud. Friends and coworkers feel either looked after or managed. With only gate 45 active, you have the voice for it, but you wait for a push from someone else before you step forward.
